The Grateful American Book Prize is the only award given for excellence in historical fiction and non-fiction for 7th to 9th graders. I’ve been honored before and I have to say the Grateful American Foundation cares passionately about historical fiction and kidlit. I’m so flattered that they liked View from Pagoda Hill.
